Not only do women ski differently to men, they learn differently, too. There's the different physiology, as well as psychological characteristics & sociocultural conditioning that affect the way we need to address and to teach each group differently. Unfortunately, these differences also lead to less participation and representation of women in our organizations. 

Therefore, we would like to host a women's summit to gather the leading female snowsports instructors of the DACH-region to kickstart the season with a focus on us females: as our students, as developing instructors, as fellow colleagues, as role models & as drivers in the ski industry.

We want to foster exchange on a multitude of topics during on-snow workshops throughout the ski day, and then have a podium discussion to round up the event in the evening. Our goal is connecting the leading women of the Snowsports Industry, sharing visions, and seeing where collaborations can be formed to be more visible, to support and uplift each other. 

Participants: women-only; snowsports instructors, coaches & ski patrollers, ski school leaders

What’s included? Organization, clinic on women-specific topics, lunch & round table with apero.

Not included: Personal equipment, Rental equipment, accommodation in Andermatt, travel to and from Andermatt, insurance, personal transportation costs, any lift or train tickets and personal consumption.

Requirements: snowsports professionals, advanced & experts (due to early season skiing on Gemsstock with only red and black slopes)
